Cruise Cancellation Policy
Last updated: January 2026 • Tiered cancellation schedules and guidelines
1. Cancellation Schedule Overview
Cruise cancellations and any applicable penalty fees are determined directly by the operating cruise line's ticket contract. Cruise line cancellation penalty schedules generally escalate as the sailing date approaches:
- Prior to Final Payment Date (75–120+ days prior): Full refund of refundable deposits; non-refundable deposits may incur an administrative fee or future cruise credit according to cruise line terms.
- 74 to 45 Days Prior: Loss of deposit amount.
- 44 to 15 Days Prior: Penalty of 50% to 75% of total cruise fare.
- 14 Days or Less Prior to Sailing: 100% penalty (non-refundable).
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To initiate a cancellation, the lead passenger must contact our support desk directly at (866) 666-6068 with their reservation reference code. Cancellations are effective on the date they are formally processed with the cruise line.
3. Travel Protection & Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive third-party travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies at sea, and baggage protection to safeguard against unforeseen delays or health emergencies.
