Cruise Refund Policy
Last updated: January 2026 • Refund processing and port charge returns
1. Refund Processing & Source
All refunds for eligible cruise cancellations, itinerary adjustments, or government fee refunds are issued by the operating cruise lines according to their ticket contract guidelines. Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment used during reservation.
2. Processing Timelines
Once a cancellation is authorized, cruise line accounting departments typically process refunds within 10 to 30 business days, depending on the cruise line and your financial institution's billing cycle.
3. Government Taxes & Port Fee Refunds
In the event of a cancellation or missed port of call, government taxes and uncollected port fees are generally fully refundable regardless of whether the base cruise fare is subject to cancellation penalties.
